Called in today because I need a new powerchain on my braces. Surprisingly, they refused saying they will not do it, but instead tried to have me request a transfer from my current orthodontist to the clinic. I am pretty sure this is unethical. For a service that would take 10 minutes max, they try to poach you in their favor. Please do avoid them.

My son has been receiving excellent treatment by the lovely staff at Edinburgh Orthodontics, but this was severely let down by the lack of social distancing and high number of people in the waiting room. I was quite shocked to see the front door wide open to allow anybody to enter and no screening before we went in! Also cleanliness on the seats desperately needs some attention.

"We'll do it next time" was what I heard at every appointment. Had the exact same braces for sooooo long. Only needed slight correction of my teeth. Had to tell them to just stop the treatment and pull out the braces because they took too long I was going on my year abroad. Oh well, at least it was tax money!
