Revalidation support

As part of our ongoing commitment to our growing work force, Day Webster feels it is extremely important to provide guidance and support to those staff coming up to or going through revalidation. Our revalidation team has been working hard since revalidation was announced to find the best way to support our nurses and we are delighted to say that this has now been achieved.

Here at Day Webster we are always looking at ways we can support our staff, therefore, we have implemented a service for support and well-being, this is mainly aimed at those staff who have had concerns raised against them in relation to their practise. We offer the support they may need to get through a worrying time.
Clinical Team

The complaints team is made up of clinical staff including a Professional Midwifery Advocate (PMA), experienced registered nurses, a Governance lead as well as a Revalidation expert. We have a robust complaints policy and our aim is to support all workers who work through Day Webster with a focus on those who are full time agency.
