Took my iPad in as the screen had an area that would not allow me to draw on it was around an inch in width, from top to bottom. The shop was told about the problem, they had it for 2 days and admitted they hadn't tested it. They were told this happens after 20 mins of it being used. They then said the battery was fine, and the screen was ok. When asked if they had tested it after having it on for twenty mins, they said no. I despair. Any advice were I can find a decent Mac repair shop.

Great service, reasonable prices and very fast turn around. I've been to several local mac repair outfits and the Apple store and they all quoted me an arm and a leg to fix my Macbook. Will came in at the best quote and the guys didn't rip me off! You can see these guys know what they are doing. You can also ignore the old reviews as the company was taken over recently and is under new management - this is plain to see buy the cool setup of the shop. I would come back and recommend.

First class service at replacing my Macbook screen. Rang around a few places and went with Mac Repair because it was a shop with a good rep. My mum used this place for her Macbook upgrade last year so was happy to give them my laptop.

Have used the Mac Repair brand a few times throughout the Uk over the years and have always been very happy with the support. Birmingham has been no exception. Will was able to figure out the issue with my Macbook very quickly and kept me updated on each step of the process of fixing it. I'm going to come back next week for my iPad screen repair so say no more!
