Chigwell Golf Club is a traditional, yet friendly and welcoming members' club, with 18 holes set on undulating parkland. The par 71 course, measuring 6309 yards, presents a real challenge for the most discerning of golfers and proudly boasts one of the highest slope ratings in the County, with the white tees rated as 138.

But no two clubs are the same and we recommend doing your research before deciding; play the course, talk to our members, meet the staff and pro shop team - it's all part of the process and it has to be right for you.

The membership and staff at Chigwell are renowned for their welcome. Whether it is a post-match drink with your 4 ball or simply coming to meet friends we are rightly proud of our club, and in particular the warm and friendly atmosphere that is very much a feature of Chigwell. There has been considerable improvement to our clubhouse facilities in recent times in which we have greatly enhanced the clubhouse and public areas.

As a membership owned and managed club, investment in the course is central to achieving a happy membership. Therefore, our very experienced Course Manager, Jeff Foulger, and his team of seven greenkeepers and apprentices work alongside our Greens Committee who represents the best interests of all playing members.
