Not been unfortunate to travel with them but a driver they admitted to using, driving a Blue coach with a school children sign on the rear (N991 BWJ) while driving on the A30, Staines deliberately tried to close his coach in to the side of me on my bike while traveling at 30mph. When stopped at the lights, he was extremely abusive and displaying hand gestures of which will be posted on Pheonix Travel Facebook page. This was reported to the police and the driver is on file. Also reported to Pheonix Travel who were less than helpful and are clearly not interested in how their drivers or contracted

One of their drivers (driving N16 PBS) deliberately drove at me on the M5 M6 interchange. Speed restrictions in place. but he undertook me then pulled in front of me, very nearly forcing me into the central reservation and putting myself and others lives at risk! his driving behaviour was so dangerous it could have created a massive, deadly pile up on the motorway. He is either very stupid, very mentally ill or trying to murder people

We enjoy your coach tours a lot. It is like going on a family outing, as people are faithful regulars and the coach operators are always polite, friendly, and like to give the customers as nice a time as possible. My husband works during the week, so it is only on weekends or holiday that we can join the tours so far,. but everyone of them have been great fun. YB x
