I had been a 'customer' of this particular practice since i was in my mid teens, fast forward nearly 20 years, and due to health concerns and then covid lockdown causing to be unable to attend as a 'regular' patient, i found out that i'm no longer registered with the practice, and to add insult to injury they will not re-register me as an NHS patient, but if i offer to pay out of pocket as a private patient i can get an appointment instantaneously, which i find to be abhorrent with the current climate, but i guess that's dentists for you, can't wait to line their pockets.

Doctor Chum and all the staff are very friendly and thorough, I had a root canal of which was not my first time the last time it went wrong. Doctor Chum explained everything in detail and even though the appointment ran late into their personal time they didn't rush and were very professional at all times. I won't go anywhere else now (Unless Doctor Chum leaves that is lol).

I have been attending this dental practice for about 3 years. I moved from a previous practice in Jesmond after loosing confidence in the treatment they were providing. I have always found this practice warm, friendly and welcoming. The reception staff are very friendly as are the dentists. I have absolutely no complaints about any of the treatment I have received from this practice. Im looking forward to getting back to see the hygienist regularly once covid is over!

Best dentist I ever had in the UK. Very lovely and friendly staff. The dentist himself was very charming and made me feel right at home and comfortable during a very long procedure. They are open until late which helps people who work from 9 to 6. If I'd move back I would definitely go there again! 10/10 recommend!

One of the members of staff was very unprofessional and unfriendly during my treatment, i believe her name was sally, she even commented on the appearance on my hair in a negative manner, I dont expect this level of unfriendlyness at any medical centre and I was so uncomfortable by this remark I will not be attending again. Shocked by the whole experience.

Went for a check up and then for a filling and a cleaning (scale). Dr Dickson is definately the best dentist I have ever had,having lived in 3 different countries Reassuring, explains to you everything about the state of your teeth and the treatment plan and he is really interested and concerned about the patients oral health.
