It was a nice little place for afternoon tea. The food was great. The staff were great. The only downside was we were sat right next to another table who were talking pretty loud even though there were only 2 of us and a whole empty space. And it was also difficult to get staffs attention unless they walked into our area.

Not the luxurious experience we were looking for unfortunately. Food OK, service fine. Restaurant too busy with children screaming. No ambience and didn't give a high end feeling which were however reflected in the prices.

As part of a large group booking, the company took a large amount of money from us all in advance and we were told we had to pay in full. A few of us questioned this policy at the time seeing as COVID is at its peak and we weren't even sure we'd all be allowed to go.
Turns out they will not offer anything to the guest, not a refund or credit despite a member of the group testing positive and being unable to attend. They have said they'll just bring out that person's wine and food. No comfort to the person already missing out, not needed to the others. I strongly suggest you review your customer

Afternoon tea pretty disappointing.
2 of the 3 cakes and the sandwiches in particular were very very stale.
Enjoyed myself because of the occasion but I will not be returning for the quality which is a shame because I think it could be a nice place.
