Dave came within 3 hours to deal with the blockage, very professional, super friendly and explained the situation perfectly. After being quoted 330 earlier in the day for the same service, Red Rose were a welcome, affordable relief. Even took the time out of his day to look at the neighbour's drain who had had botched work done and give her advice on the best course of action forward. Thanks Dave mate, you're a star

After a weekend trying to solve, pocking, rodding and chemicals I finally called Red Rose Preston. They were nice on the telephone understood the problem then sent promptly two very nice professional operatives. My only regret....Should have called Red Rose first.
