After seeing the online reviews Kingsguard legal were asked to act as our conveyancer for a house purchase. The process took 8 months and whilst we appreciate there had been an increase in property purchases; as first time buyers, in a chain of 3 parties, we did not feel that we received particularly good service. The communication seemed poor, with us having to make contact to check the progress of things regularly, after 6 months of waiting patiently. We were not made to feel like valued customers when we did speak with our conveyancer and were made to feel like an inconvenience, despite the

Used Kingsguard for my late relatives house sale. Hannah was excellent, her sensitivity to the matter and knowledge made the transaction a lot less stressful than when I brought a property a few years back with a different firm. While sometimes I was unable to speak to her directly she would always get back to me one way or another, going above and beyond the normal working hours of 9am-5pm. Very much appreciated. I can't recommend Gail and the team kingsguard enough for dealing with the purchase of my new home! They were very competent and worked fast without any waiting around. Communication was excellent and was updated on the development throughout. The costs were very reasonable with no worries of hidden charges.
