My two children and I have just returned from a fews days in Ripon and wanting to explore the surrounding area without a car, we used Proctor's 159 Ripon/Richmond service. On Thursday 8th July we had tickets booked for Lightwater Valley and therefore caught the 159 that left Ripon Bus Station at 09.40. We purchased two adult and one child return ticket (my eldest son being 18). Our driver kindly informed us that the bus actually entered the grounds of Lightwater Valley and we would therefore not need to walk from the main road. On leaving the bus I asked the driver if the return bus left at 17

Absolutely first rate service, were incredibly kind to my little boy who, after getting flustered readying himself to leave the bus managed to leave both his coat and his gym bag aboard. Not only did Procters call me back to confirm that the items had been found but one of the drivers even brought the items back to me at home on his way home from work. Now that's what I call service and I simply cannot thank them enough. :-)

We hired a coach on sat 31st august to take our party to the races,could not have asked for a better driver,Mark was helpful ,very funny and did a brilliant good all round job of getting us there and back plus stops each way .This man is a credit to your company ,we will be booking again next year ,thank you Ian and Sue .

I used this company with my school when on a World War 1 Study Trip, passing through France, Belgium and Netherlands. We had a bus driver named Allen, and he was the most kindest man I'd ever met. Me and my best friend sat right behind the driver, and he was very sociable and would give us advice on what to do and tell jokes. We were coachbound for about 55% of the trip, and he brightened up the entire journey!
