Andrew founded the company on his own back in 2011 working with only a few power tools, a small van and trailer! Slowly but surely as the weeks, months and years became busier, the business grew and our showroom was opened in 2016. Andrew has taken a step towards more office based work now, and is often your first point of contact when you visit us.

Stoves with a short life span and with poor combustion technology do not make for any fun. In addition, they burden our environment unnecessarily. That is why we always design DROOFF stoves with the requirement that function and combustion technology are much better than the statutory standards stipulate.

There are a myriad of wood types to choose from for your wood burners and stoves, all of which have their own burning qualities and properties and although there are references to burning green wood in this guide, we would stress that for the most efficient and effective burn in your wood burning stove only very dry wood should be used.
