Wilderspin Garage began in the early 1950s as an engineering workshop which later included repairs to motor vehicles, It's founder Jack Wilderspin, invented the 'Jack Truck' for use on the nearby land settlement.
And this equipment is still used today years after Jack's retirement. Since then the business has changed hands twice. The present owner Mark Ray drives the business forward with both sons Tom and Adam. The premises was rebuilt on Qaktree Road in 2003. Now fully equipped for all car and light commercial needs incorporating two MOT bays and five service bays.

There are two testing bays, one with an extra wide pit area capable of accommodating the largest of light commercial vechile's and motorhomes. Their is a reception and viewing area while you wait. All you need is your vehicle registration number and make. In addition, it will tell you if the vehicle is taxed or on a SORN.

Wilderspin Garage is a family owned and operated business and still owned by Managing Director, Mark Ray. Now a number of years later Mark is joined in the business by his two sons Tom and Adam, the three of us now run Wilderspin MOT test and service Centre as a family business. Most motorhomes require an MOT Test once the vehicle is three years old.

Best of all, they are quick and easy to do you can check dashboard Indicator Lights On, lights, Tire Inflation and Condition, Windshield Washer Fluid, Engine Oil Level. As a registered MOT service station you can also request an MOT together with your service.
