We supply Fairtrade Coffee, Tea, Chocolate and hot beverage ingredients to businesses, supporting colleges, universities, NHS Trusts and other organisations with responsible sourcing solutions. Since our incorporation, our mission has been to promote Fairtrade products and ensure every cup contributes to social, environmental and community responsibility. With over 23 years of experience in Fairtrade coffee, our dedicated team has helped introduce and support Fairtrade supply within educational, hospital, government and retail sectors, continuing to provide guidance and assistance that brings communities together.
Our Sustain, Retain and Maintain philosophy reflects our commitment to working closely with customers through sustainable products and ethical practices. We support customers and their teams with post-COVID training assistance, refurbish and reuse equipment wherever possible, and donate suitable items to community projects. Independent retailers, community groups and social enterprises remain central to our work, particularly where projects create environmental, social, health, employment or educational outcomes. As members of the Specialty Coffee Association and the European Speciality Tea Association, and as an STS accredited business and Real Living Wage Employer, we continue to uphold standards that support fairness, sustainability and responsible growth across the communities we serve.

Barista Training

Our Barista Training is delivered at our dedicated training facility and is available free of charge to our existing and new clients. We provide a focused introduction for beginner baristas entering the coffee industry. Participants learn professional coffee preparation, milk foaming techniques and latte art skills. Our sessions offer a relaxed and engaging learning environment.
