I rang them up for a valuation and they were able to schedule the visit in within a few days. The first valuation report was delivered on time, cost less than the standard rate and was a fair valuation. The follow up valuations reports have been quick, and easy to order. There is always someone at the other end of the phone to chat to, which is very helpful.

It all started so well, their price was a good 80 cheaper than the other quotes I got. I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for an appointment but thought it would be worth it to save some money. Bad move. It's now been 2 1/2 weeks since the surveyor came and I STILL don't have my valuation, even though I was told it would take 7 working days. Emailing every day does nothing, calling sends me to a different person each, who take my details and tell me they'll call back (which of course they don't). Wish I'd read some reviews before I decided to use them, my flat would be on the market by now if I had
