Neon Freight go above and beyond what other freight forwarders provide in terms of service levels, capabilities, professionalism, pricing, pride and customer loyalty. Their service is the most professional I've encountered in the industry and their knowledge is second to none. Even when a situation arises where there's no handbook to refer to (COVID-19 being a prime example), the Neon Freight team will work on resolving the issues at hand, even in their own time and for as long as it takes to get the problem sorted. They certainly aren't a 9am-5pm company and will endeavour to provide the best
