We hired 7 or 8 skips from GreyStones. We had no issues until we found the skip driver had put the feet onto the drive itself rather than the boards provided which has now left a massive hole on our fairly new resin drive. The lady was pretty polite in the office but clearly not interested in the damage caused by their staff. This drive cost us 10,000 and for someone to come and damage it to this extent is extremely upsetting. Please ensure if you are using this company you are there when they drop off or collect their skips so this can be prevented. I wish I had left CCTV up to catch this happening

Absolutely Outstanding! I required a last minute skip for some unforseen building issues and I called Greystones Aggregates the office staff were very helpful and managed to arrange for a skip to be with me within an hour and were highly professional. John was the very helpful guy who delivered the skip and was courteous and polite at every stage. Thanks very much to you all :)

Didn't arrive at time arranged, after numerous calls it then arrived 3 hours late. I had to pay for labourers which meant I was out of pocket 60 and the woman offered no discount. Her attitude was disgusting and she was the rudest woman I've had to deal with in a long time! The delivery driver offered no apology. We will NOT be using this company again!

Avoid at all costs, refused to remove a skip we did not hire from our land unless we paid 130.... basically held us to ransom over something we didn't order. still ongoing at the moment, legally it's them in the wrong so looks like we'll be selling the skip!!

This company are terrible. I would go so far as to name Andrea the manager in the office as being rude and having no idea about good customer service. When we booked, she never once mentioned the vital fact that we only had two weeks to return the skip or would get a council fine. "It was on the paperwork" apparently but honestly who reads all of that once it's been delivered? We should have been informed on booking. They removed the skip without telling us before we had finished filling it. A cost of 234. Had Andrea been nicer in handling my phone call, this review might have been more positive

Hired a skip as part of our extension. Unfortunately trouble with our builders extended into trouble with the skip hire. Greystones were not very helpful, and ultimately it felt like they held us to ransom. They also damaged our gate whilst removing the skip, and rather than own up the driver attempted to fix the gate by jumping up and down on it. When that didn't work he left without saying anything. Would not recommend!
