We are located on Forum Way in Cramlington. We are a GP / doctors surgery offering a wide range of services and extended opening hours including Saturday morning appointments (these appointments must be pre-booked). Our reception services are open from 08:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. We are accepting new NHS patients who have moved to Cramlington and do not have a local GP.
To register, you need to download a registration form and attend in person at the reception desk with photo identification and a utility bill (dated within the last 3 months.) One of our friendly receptionists will be happy to guide you through the process. If you register for online booking services, you can also use the website to request your repeat prescriptions and book appointments to see your GP of choice.
