My pleas for urgent help were answered by Tom and his team - this even though their schedules were already completely full; they managed to squeeze me in/add in a few minutes here/take away from their lunch break there I am just so very grateful. In fact, whilst I was in the chair having my emergency treatment done, another urgent call came in- another poor soul desperate and in pain - did they turn them away? Of course not. They organised

Really unimpressed - expensive but you get what you pay for! the biggest downside here is communication! I was the one chasing for quotes for work to be done and then receive a quote that wrong (once again, something I noticed). When I called to cancel an appointment, left a message, I have not even received a call to acknowledge this!! to be frank, if the service was better this place would be great, Tom was very good, really reassuring, Charlotte on the front desk, probably one of the warmest welcomes I have had. This is where it stops! the GM is slow, promises and does not deliver, doesn't call

Tom Keppel and his team are the finest team of dentists I have ever had. Having had a filling done by a dentist in an unrelated practice I had experienced pain ever since that was dismissed by them as something that needed to be treated with paracetamol. My mother has been under Toms care for years and recommended I see him which I duly did - his investigation showed a clear fracture of the tooth underneath the filling, visible on his screen from the photo he took, he cancelled his lunch break in order to see that I was treated that same day and did an exceptional job. I can not express how happy I was with the care I received at Keppel Dentistry.. I came in for root canal and was absolutely terrified after hearing all the bad stories. But I felt absolutely nothing, nothing at all no pain no discomfort. Tom Kipple has put my fear of dentists to rest ( 40 years worth of fear)!!! Thank you Tom.. If you ever need any dentistry done please give them a call they are outstanding.

Really unhappy with my recent new patient appointment - booked in to see the dentist following some tooth pain, was given a quote for how much a filling might cost, but never given quote for initial appointment. Attended appointment, was given max ten mins with the dentist, x-rays were taken without letting me know there would be an additional financial cost and other services were really pushed by the dental consultant. Dentist was borderline sexist to his dental assistant and commented to me 'Your teeth look fine, looks like we aren't going to make any money off of you', which doesn
