My wife's prawn cocktail fell onto the tablecloth when it was served by the waitress , she did not offer to replace it,but just laughed. My steak and ale pie was served with pastry that was very tough, I could not cut it. When paying my bill the manager did substantially reduce the bill, but by this time our occasion was ruined.
