I had 2 appliances to repair 1 done and all good. The 2nd is still not working and no real response or effort to resolve since November. Quoted for the work i accepted and paid. Money taken and tough luck. I would not recommend this company. Avoid as they have not even bothered to contact me to correct. Took the money and gone. Pirates.

Really disappointed and gutted as I had high hopes.
Waited in between 12 and 3. The guy said he'd be coming any time then. At half 2 I got a call to say he was 20 minutes away. I waited. An hour later still nothing. I called, no one answered. Left a message. Called again, still no one picking up. I did get a call back but this was at 20 past 4 and I had already left for other duties. I called again a few days later and still no luck.

Shane was great first and second visit when he came to repair our fridge freezer then fit the new parts on the second visit. Sadly we are now having the same issue again (less than 5 months later- the parts still under warranty) and have tried every means possible to contact RepairMyAppliance but they are not returning calls, emails or messages.
