Hydraulic Power Units
We design and manufacture custom hydraulic power packs from 1kW to 500kW. Our systems use components from Bosch Rexroth and Eaton, with carbon or stainless steel options. Each unit undergoes Factory Acceptance Testing to meet specific operational requirements.
On Site Servicing
Our CCNSG-certified engineers provide emergency breakdown support and planned maintenance. Services include machine overhauls, hydraulic actuator refurbishment, and oil analysis. We work on large-scale systems in steel mills and industrial facilities across the UK.
Workshop Repairs
We repair hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and accumulators in our Liverpool workshop. Using honing equipment up to 320mm bore, we restore components to manufacturer specifications. Genuine replacement parts are used where possible with clear warranty terms.
Solid Pipework Systems
