10/10 would not recommend working for this company, understaffed and underpaid doesn't even cut it, couldn't even go to the people higher up in the home if you had an issue with anyone or anything because they would discuss it with other staff, very unprofessional

I am at Stavely Birklees and have for a while now. Here always have agencys and not enough staff of there own. Some of staff are very nice but some are just rude!!!!! I think if managers all hired more then it wouldn't be a problem anymore. Good food and friends and Bob but that is it

Mum has been at Brookfield Residential Home for almost 12 months. The care she receives is exceptional, the team are kind, patient and nothing is too much trouble. It’s hard to transition from being independent to being dependent but Brookfield have made this as easy as possible and mums room is a real reflection of her home and she is settled and enjoying life again. We feel we struck lucky and would highly recommend Brookfield. Belinda (AKA Peggy’s Daughter!)
