I couldn’t recommend 81 Broadway enough. I discovered it almost a year ago and have never looked back. The staff are wonderful, they can’t do enough for you and the service they provide is well worth the money. They have a good rewards system and the app makes it easy to book and view past treatments which a huge bonus. Also I believe some of the hair products are cruelty free. I’d tell anyone to give them a try, you won’t regret it.

I have been a client of 81 Broadway for a few years now. It's like belonging to a secret club, I am always treated like a VIP. They are always professional and every treatment is flawless. They know how I like my coffee, the rotation of my treatments and what my kids are up to. They are not your 'usual' salon - every therapist loves working there, they are passionate about what they do and they have fun - it translates into how every client is treated and they deliver EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I really couldn't recommend them enough!!

Incredibly rude receptionist unwilling and unhelpful. Had tried to call me on the incorrect mobile number because she wrote it down wrong, and failed to get through to me and then made out it was my fault for not replying. Very snooty attitude that I’ve never come across in any of the fantastic salons I’ve been to before. The Beautiful Truth on… Cowgate is far superior and have fantastic customer service. Will not be booking with 81 Broadway again and will be discouraging friends across all local Facebook and social media groups from using them. This salon makes blunders and

Having recently moved to Peterborough, I was worried about finding a new hairdresser but my daughter discovered 81. Now the whole family go. Staff and service are excellent, with brilliant results, in a relaxing atmosphere. Strongly recommend.

I had a Hollywood wax with Alana today and it was one of my best experiences getting one, hardly any pain and she did an amazing job! I was very pleased with her work, she did it better than any of the other places I’ve been to and I’ve been to quite a few in England. So glad I’ve found my go to place for my Hollywood wax, thank you so much Alana!! Definitely recommend her 💯
