I was taking my 87-year-old mother for a hospital appointment. She's in the clinically extremely vulnerable group , which we mentioned when we booked. We felt very safe - our driver, Sunni, wore a medical-grade mask and his car was well ventilated. Sunni arrived nice and early and was very friendly, courteous and professional. His car was spotlessly clean.He takes great pride in his job. We'll definitely ask for Sunni if we need a taxi for my mother again. Thank you very much!
