We called regarding a broken door mechanism at our tenancy property, our Tennant was unable to shut the door. It was a Sunday late afternoon on a gorgeous sunny day when I am sure he would rather have been relaxing but he attended promptly, travelling from peebles to Kirknewton and having been upfront regarding the higher Sunday all out fee. Consulted us as soon as he diagnosed the problem agreeing the price for basic fix or or replacing other failing parts and offered to send photos of the parts removed. Really easy to work with, would recommend and use again thanks.

I can highly recommend this company. Ross changed 6 locks for me, he came when he said he would, did a great job, was polite and courteous throughout and charged a fair price. A great service.
