Pre-assessment and safety check, drive-train cleaned and chain lubed, all cables checked and lubed, brake and gears aligned and set up. Bearings checked for wear, all bolts checked and torqued and tyres inflated. The lower legs are removed and completely stripped and cleaned and refitted with new dust seals and foam rings, new oil and crush washers, stanchions cleaned and refitted to forks. Forks are completely stripped and thoroughly cleaned and inspected, then only using original manufactures parts they are rebuilt to manufactures spec and procedures and reset to your settings.

My workshop is based at a residential property, you can find it buy walking or driving up the alley's off Jubilee Street ether side of No: 18. To find my turquoise coloured workshop at the back of the house. If I am not in my workshop I may have popped into the house for a cupa!
