A family run business with over 30 years experience and a genuine passion for motorcycles. Ray Palmer sets up Molray in partnership with 50cc racer Maurice Thomas, who attends to repair and building of spoked wheels. Molray installs its first Motorliner - insisted on by insurance companies. Develops methods for repairing cast wheels which are now being fitted as OE to many models.

We have been straightening frames for over 30 years and are highly regarded in the Race, Road and Classic motorcycle scenes. We provide motorcycle frame straightening and alignment to all kinds of motorcycle from BSA to Yamaha. We insert the stripped down motorcycle into our specialist Motoliner frame straightening jig.
Wheel Straightening

We have been straightening cast wheels since the early 70s when they were first introduced to motorcycles. We repair cast, forged, and magnesium wheels for large insurance companies, British Superbike race teams, club racers and general motorcyclists. Wheels are trued hydraulically on our self designed jigs, just send us your wheel and we will advise on the best way to achieve the highest levels of accuracy.
Forks Straightening
Report
Forks are one of the first things to bend when involved in an accident. They are usually a good place to start when assessing what structural damage has occurred. Upon arrival your forks will be assessed by us and if there is any damage to surface for example badly creased we may not be able to repair.
Spoke Wheel Repairs

Maidstone Motoliner Ltd is able to repair spoke wheel rims, in certain circumstances. Just give us a call and we can discuss the best route to help you get your wheel back true. We do not offer spoke wheel rebuilds but over the years have used our partners on the right who offer a full service and are fully respected in their craft.
