Nicki and Steve are excelent hosts and Murphy(black lab) gives a wonderful welcome. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well furnished Tea making facilities(nice biscuits) and hair driers provided. Breakfast is well cooked and nicely served with various choices. It is not possible to find faults with the property or the service.

Leave the M5 onto the A380 signposted Torquay. Stay on the A380 until you reach Newton Abbot at the Penn Inn roundabout. From Newton Abbot follow directions for Torquay, then follow signs for 'Sea front' and 'Conference Centre'. Bear right at the traffic lights by Halfords into Avenue Road. Go through one set of traffic lights and turn sharp left onto Falkland Road at the second set of traffic lights.
