The Lime Tree is a historic townhouse hotel combining the laid-back warmth of a Georgian family home with up-to-date styling and the friendliest service. Upstairs our 28 bedrooms offer a haven from busy days out around town. Downstairs you'll find our pretty walled garden, restful lounge and in-house caf, The Buttery, providing our guests with delicious breakfasts and a lovely space to recharge and socialise during the day.

Our in-house caf-restaurant is a rustic-chic retreat in the heart of Belgravia with a fabulous country garden for all day dining. Our laid-back menus offer great breakfasts, brunch favourites, seasonal lunch dishes and delicious afternoon teas, complemented by the finest London-roasted coffee from The Gentlemen Baristas and a selection of classic cocktails.

With natural light from two large sash windows, high ceilings, exposed brickwork, vintage furniture and original art adorning the walls, it's a fabulously laid-back and welcoming spot to gather for meetings, workshops, private dining or parties.
