Very disappointing experience..... I have awarded 2 stars as I initially warmed to this company on the sales aspect as the telephone manner, knowledge and advice was great prior to the sale. Unfortunately this progressed to a disappointing transaction as one of the four CCTV cameras which was purchased was faulty on arrival. Having tried to progress forward with rectifying there seems to be a reluctance and unwillingness to resolve the matter without further inconvenience and expense to myself. Given the current situation I have decided to just cut my losses and put it down to a bad experience
