We just purchased a Windsor patio set it took a bit longer to arrive but that was no fault of the company who kept us fully informed.

Awful company. Awful customer service. Awful products.
Bought a bistro set for 279.99 in April 2020. Parts did not fit together, pre- drilled holes arent straight and one of the parts on the table leg snapped due to this. Poor quality (made in China which is not mentioned anywhere on the website) cheap cast aluminium.
Was offered a replacement leg but at that time didnt have any in stock (why do you keep spares of parts of there isnt an inherent fault). Asked for a refund but was refused with inappropriate and underhand suggestion that the fault was mine in a very rude way.

Ordered one of the garden benches a couple of years ago and still looks great love the fact i dont have to paint it each year.Easy to put together. Maybe going order a table and matching chairs this year. I would reccomended to anyone else.
