The actual roofer, Simon, did an outstanding job and everyone else I had contact with was first rate. The job was completed even quicker than first suggested.

You do pay a premium for "emergency works" which is indicated on Company's website. Roofer who carried out the work to remove a failed sunpipe and felt, batten and re-tile area of roof was professional and polite and the work was carried out in a timely manner.
