We love our Job! We are family owned business with a long heritage of stoves and forestry, so you can say its in our blood. We try not to overwhelm you with choice but guide you with a carefully curated collection of fires that suit your requirements. We will often be able to suggest something which we don't have in the showroom but may be better suited to what you are looking for, or we may have the perfect fire in stock.
Installation

Hearth supply and fitting with a wide range of slate, granite marble, local pamments & brickwork. Schiedel pumice liner systems for masonry chimneys where the linings are surrounded by brick, block or stone. At Raven Stoves our dedicated HETAS registered and GasSafe engineers. They are highly skilled, happy to complete a simple fire update to a bespoke fireplace project.
Maintenance

On going maintenances of your chimney and stove is essential. No only offering you peace of mind that the chimney is clean but the stove is well maintained and efficient. This ensures that the manufactures warranties will still be in place should you need to claim on them. Many Building Insurance policies require that you carry out annual servicing and sweeping for the chimney and stove/fireplace.
Camera Inspections

By their very nature flues are hidden using a CCTV camera give us the best view possible of the condition of the inside of the chimney without opening up access holes. The camera is carefully passed through the full height of the flue. The cameras we use are compact and robust. The camera itself is miniature CCTV camera with powerful LED lights.
