Took my very elderly father with dementia and mobility difficulty for his appointment today with Dominic. I can thoroughly recommend. My dad was treated with dignity and kindness by all staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. Two fillings, an x-ray and clean, all completed with no problems. Thank you all.

Despite the waiting room being empty and informing the receptionist I was outside in the rain it was 10 minutes before I was allowed in. I had booked a 40 min emergency appointment and informed reception that I required at least one filling. After 2 X-rays I was told the filling could not be done on that day and I would have to re book at least 2 more appointments and was billed 73.

I can't recommend them enough. I hadn't been able to face going to the dentist for a number of years, due to a very bad experience. I found the Windmill Dental Practice on Google and thank god I did! From start to finish, they put me at ease and gave clear, concise explanations of every step of the treatment. Warm, friendly, professional and above all... they really care. Reception staff were lovely and the dentist I saw, Faye, was incredible. I was seen, assessed and treated within 3 hours of making the initial call. First class service.
