Nicola Walsh is absolutely amazing. She helped us with the sale of our flat. Unfortunately our seller pulled out of our house purchase but Nicola was amazing throughout, offering support, replied to emails same day, kept us aware of any developments and next steps. Jennifer Irving just helped us buy our first house - we are thoroughly pleased with the service and communication right from the start. It was clear to see the diligence and work that Jennifer did for us behind the scenes, and in particular she took initiative in securing an indemnity policy from the sellers to tie up a loose end that we wouldnt have been aware of otherwise. There were also a couple of occasions where Jennifer responded to emails out of hours (including on a bank holiday) - we werent expecting that at all, and it was very reassuring to know she was always on top of things
