Services
Septic Tank Emptying
Our septic tank emptying service ensures safe and efficient waste removal using purpose-built vehicles. We operate across Cornwall and the South West, providing scheduled maintenance and emergency clearance. Our technicians assess tank conditions and recommend optimal emptying intervals to prevent blockages and maintain system longevity.
Tankering Services
We transport liquid waste nationwide using ADR-compliant vehicles, handling septic waste, food waste, and non-hazardous industrial liquids. Our fleet includes vehicles suitable for narrow country lanes, ensuring accessibility across diverse locations. All waste is disposed of at approved facilities in compliance with environmental regulations.
Hazardous Waste Disposal
Specialist handling of hazardous industrial liquids through secure tankering and approved disposal methods. Our vehicles meet ADR standards for transporting dangerous substances, and our team follows strict protocols to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. We provide documentation for traceable waste management.
Emergency Drain Unblocking
24/7 emergency service for blocked drains using high-pressure jetting and robotic CCTV surveys. Our technicians identify blockage causes and resolve issues promptly, minimising property disruption. We provide temporary solutions during peak demand and schedule follow-up maintenance when needed.
Sewage Treatment
Our purpose-built sewage treatment facility processes tankered waste through screening, separation, and dewatering. This creates treated effluent and stable cake for compliant disposal, reducing environmental impact. The facility eases pressure on Cornwall's disposal sites and ensures waste remains within the county for processing.

These guys are my heroes. Bent over backwards to help us out at way shorter notice than we should've been asking for.

We have recently taken on Killiwerris Adults only Touring Park in Truro, Cornwall and have had to familiarise ourselves with the septic tank system and chemical waste system very quickly. Pellows have helped us to manage this - we would be in a very sticky situation without them! They were polite, patient and exceptionally responsive. Their staff that attended were also very helpful and knowledgable - we will definitely be using them going forward and would highly recommend them for their work and professionalism.

Fantastic company to deal with, visiting a relative in Probus, who is almost 100 years old, realised there was a issue with the drains at her cottage.
Called Pellows, even though they were very busy, they managed to slot us into a cancellation. Great job, utterly professional and a great price!
Mcauley - the young man who came out was bright, cheery and did a superb job, in seriously bad weather - a credit to the Company.
Very, VERY happy, thanks to the whole team! Great communication throughout!
