Thanks to your engineer who was very understanding when coming to our property through Covid. We all had to be a bit careful, but your enegineer was very polite and diligent. Also thanks to the office for pointing out I had paid you twice for the same contract and getting the money back so quickly to me. I hope we will speak soon about the new system you are going to install. It sounds amazing!
