Carol qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1993, with a passion for care of the elderly and qualifying as a District Nurse in 1998. She has worked in a variety of areas of nursing in the NHS then moving to management roles before moving to the care sector. Carol is passionate about ensuring the residents are receiving a high quality service feeling completely at home, working together with the residents, team and families.

At Park View we are very proud that we have never required agency staff for resident care. We manage this by always over recruiting to our team and having our own bank staff who also cover shifts.
