Do you offer timed deliveries outside standard hours?
Yes, we arrange timed deliveries beyond 9am–5pm with prior notice. Options include 10am, pre-12, and Saturday morning slots across most UK regions.
Can you handle hazardous freight shipments?
We transport limited quantities of hazardous goods. Contact us with your cargo’s full specifications for compliance checks and pricing.
How do I track my pallets in real time?
Use our MyNexus portal for live tracking updates. You’ll receive a tracking ID via email, and customers can access delivery vehicle locations on the day of transit.
Do you deliver to domestic addresses?
Yes, we deliver to homes and businesses at no extra cost. Our vehicles have tail lifts, and we offer free advance booking to ensure receiver availability.
What customs support do you provide for EU shipments?
We offer full customs clearance services, including documentation and compliance guidance. Our systems expedite processes to reduce delays at ports for post-Brexit trade.
Can you collect freight late in the day?
Local collections require booking by 2pm. For UK-wide collections, submit requests by 12 noon. Emergency pickups may be accommodated with prior approval.

VERY UNRELIABLE! Delivery messed up on TWO different occasions;
1) They tried to deliver on the wrong date to that which it was booked for.
2) They were unable to deliver before 6pm on the date booked due to some issues and because I had to go to work, I rearranged for 2 days later with the assurance it would be in the afternoon as I will have done 2 night shifts. However, on the day of delivery, I receive a call at 8.30am to say the van would be with me in 15 minutes - I'd had TWO hours sleep! When the company were called, I was told there were notes on the system to say p.m. delivery but

I have rarely seen such a well organized logistics company. All employees, from the forklift driver to the boss are very friendly. The service offered cannot be found again so quickly.
