My parents have enjoyed traveling with Woods previously HOWEVER as a family we are disappointed and saddened by the response from Woods. With a fast deteriorating terminally ill parent and the other totally distraught, we were advised that a trip on Sunday will not be refunded. Even in such dire circumstances, they are not for moving. Rules,… apparently, are more important than tragic family circumstances. Woods advised we should find someone to buy their tickets….I’m afraid we are just not able to come to terms with current circumstances let alone act as travel agent. SAD TIMES

We were lucky we had such glorious weather and the gentle cruise to Wareham took about 1.5 hrs where
