Extremely bad aftercare service. Make sure you know exactly what you're buying from this company, do your research, ask a lot of questions, repeat them again then repeat back the answers and get things in writing. Ive bought the same motor a few times before, from here, for both my gates and they usually only last about five years. As usual I provided the details of the existing inground gate motor which needed replacing. I was expecting an exact replacement but the shark motor they sent me was a model with a new shape at the base and it wouldn't fit the existing bolts. I called up and was told

Very helpful with pre sales advice and delivered the gate kit next day. We have since gone back to purchase a few more remotes and received the same high level of service. Would recommend
