Starting as a hand drawn draughtsman for commercial buildings, I worked on some interesting projects from BMW garages to high specification hospital buildings, collage campus buildings to shopping centres. The commercial business is rather impersonal, so after running my own commercial company since 1996, I decided in 2010 to start in the residential build market.
It has been a new challenge, where you deal directly with the client, who is directly connected to the money and project in question. Building can be a stressful environment and most people dread the idea of phoning a builder. With this in mind I try my best to make the whole experience enjoyable. This is achieved by applying the same strict controls expected in the commercial market I previously worked in.

Planning Service
Report
Firstly we establish what it is you require and apply a price, this is all done without any cost. We can then offer a planning only service, where we issue drawings without the Kubrick logo which can be used for a competitive tender. Or we can offer the complete design and build service. You will receive a full quotation, outline sketches of your proposal, a programme of works and a time frame.
Extensions

Our specialised subject would be extensions, having completed nearly 25 extensions in the last 4 years. We pride ourselves on not only being competitive but providing a personal service, which is controlled very closely. It's also achieved by building trust between us and the client, this is achieved by transparent costing, honest and straight forward pricing.
Bathrooms

We are able to offer a full design bathroom service, including advice on layouts, electrics and heating. It can be surprising how small a space can be but still be utilized as a workable bathroom area. We pride ourselves on squeezing en-suite bathrooms into very small spaces by using wall cavities as shelving zones and concealed cisterns, wall hung pans and recessed mirror areas.
Outside Buildings

We have combined the two construction processes to make for a state of the art garden building, which will not only give you joy, it will give you another space that you can actually use all year round. We are able to at present build 6 different shapes, but are happy to be challenged, is there a shape you want to build?
Roofing

We are able to provide advice on all roof types, this includes flat roofing to tiling, metal roofing to GRP systems. Roofing is a key element and can when carried out correctly be left alone for a long time without maintenance. This definitely depends on choosing the correct roofing material, correct roof pitch and correct detailing.
