Aggressive, abusive and dangerous driver. Would not recommend a company that employes people like this! Correct me if I'm wrong but driving, while hanging out a window, looking backwards I don't think is how you're supposed to drive.

Booked online during the weekend for delivery on the Monday. Got email saying that the online booking doesnt link up with their internal diary so skip moved to the Wednesday. Email on Wednesday saying skip will be delivered Friday morning. I called Friday morning as no skip delivered and its put back to next week with no communication. If I didnt call, I wouldnt know. Lets just see if the skip does get delivered. Meanwhile this company are sitting with my money.

No problems with the company, just the map directions which took me to a totally unrelated industrial estate 2 miles away. Not the first person to have this difficulty according to the helpful people who directed me to the correct site

Horrible people to deal with, having used them for my business for the past 2 years, it has been nothing but frustrating . The people working in the office should not be allowed to speak to people as they are very rude and never do the job ( even though they say its done ) . AVOID!! the only saving grace is the men who pick up the waste who are really nice.

We ordered a skip for a week to tidy our home after refurbishment. We got a phonecall where customer representative mentioned it will be delayed for a week. We were ok with it. It was just before the Easter so never bothered too much. We got the skip on Monday and it suppose to be collected the following Monday. Our neighbour (80 years old lady) allowed us to keep the skip in her garden. But she also ordered a skip for her waste for Wednesday, a few days after our should be collected. When Monday arrived I called the office and I was guaranteed that skip will be collected on that day... I got
