AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!
WOULD RATE 0 IF I COULD! Myself and my friend tried to rent a flat from them. We are both working, I earn 26.5k a year and he works part time while at uni with full student loan and a guarantor for the rent. Even with all this, they asked for a second guarantor for myself to rent the property, regardless of my wage and job security. It was obvious from the start they didn't want us to live there and had someone else lined up from the message that states "we have various other people who want to live here". They only allow people who have band 5 credit scores to live

I bought my new-build family home from Britannia Group. Although the build finished a bit late I was more than happy with the build quality and the handover process. They were an absolute joy to deal with and very professional throughout the entire process!
