Called on a numerous of occasions as the locking mechanism had gone on our french doors, they told me to bring in the mechanism so I did then they told me they will need the serial number so I told them what I could find thats no good we need to see the gears. So another journey there which they did measure every component of the locking mechanism, right they said cant call the manufacturers as its Saturday fair enough I said but we will call them first thing Monday morning and well let you know if you would like to go ahead with the order. Didnt hold my breath on that one as I had

Good selection of doors and hardware. The staff are friendly and honest. 14 weeks waiting list at the moment for any fitting to be done by them but I guess after covid everyone is playing catch up .
