We had not had much experience with estate agents and viewings as we bought our first home off plot. However, after embarking on the journey of looking for a house move we viewed a number of properties and were left underwhelmed by the overall experience, with many viewings agents not at all engaging . Until of course, we came across Think. Scott, the viewing agent was incredibly courteous from the moment he opened the door, as well as being welcoming and helpful, he was extremely knowledgable, his overall approach was very professional. Scott was a pleasure to deal with.

Good local advice given on valuation for sales and letting with relevant supporting documentation. Let agreed within a day of Think Estate agents receiving the keys. Tenant moved in within a couple of weeks. Very smooth professional process. Prompt payment and kept informed throughout.

Think were good to sell our old house and buy our new house with. From talking us through the process to picking up the keys on the day of the move they were great. In fact they were the only estate agent that contacted us again after our initial meeting to see if we had any questions. Matthew, Sharon and all the team kept us updated and pushed the process through quicker than expected. Any questions were answered quickly and reassurance given when waiting for exchange. We would recommend them to others looking to move.

I cannot thank Aidan and the team at THINK for their dedication. From the very beginning to the completion communication was outstanding, the marketing of the property was amazing and sold within just 4 days of going on the market. I have used other agents before, but would never use another ever again. Not to mention Sharon, Matt and Katie were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to the THINK team.

Me and my boyfriend had been looking for a house since May, Katie had been amazing from start to finish ringing/emailing us at any opportunity she could in houses she knew would appeal to us. We had struggled getting a home due to house sales going crazy this year but Katie made sure she found us the perfect home which we have recently had an offer accepted on! We could not recommend and thank her enough the whole process felt easy and we trusted her whenever a house was put forward to us as she knew everything we wanted in a home!
