Wonderful company and lovely staff who saved the day after another company failed to show up and were extremely rude. Bounce A Lot delivered an immaculate and great quality castle to us within the hour and would not even take the extra cash we offered as a thank you. Thank you all!

I booked a bouncy castle for my sons birthday and I will certainly be using this company again.. the castle was delivered first thing in the morning by 2 very pleasant lads called Jordan and grant...communication was brilliant throughout my booking and I look forward to using this company again

Great service , took a booking over the phone and was clear on price. Texted the day before confirming booking. Arrived nice and early on drop off day and collected at confirmed time the next day. Friend lads who dropped off and checked I was happy with everything. Great little bouncy provided as advertised on the website.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! We were devastated to have to cancel the castle hire due to my daughters birthday party being cancelled due to having to isolate from school. I was given two options, rearrange the hire or lose 30% of the money paid! An absolute scandal of a company trying to profit from a global pandemic. Please be aware before you book with them that if you are forced to cancel due to current UK legal requirements that they will not refund your hard earned money in full even though they are required to do so by law. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bouncy castle good, quickly put up and taken down but communication very poor. Hired a wedding castle but after paying deposit, had no response to emails or phone calls about what times we needed it for. Ended up being taken down right at the start of the evening party much to the disappointment of the children
