Hi, my name is Richard Lister and along with my wife Kathryn, we own and run Why Queue Vehicle Valeting. For many years I've had a passion for looking after my own vehicles, from privately owned cars to company cars. I had often thought about giving up a secure job in print management, but having a young family, it was very hard to make that giant leap of faith to leave a steady secure job for a dream.

If your car has developed swirl marks over time or has surface scratches we offer paint correction work which can remove and improve surface defects. We also offer machine polishing service to enhance your paintwork. Caravans and motorhomes can also be given a new lease of life by machine polishing to bring back original lustre.

We always endeavour to honour any price quoted, however in certain circumstances where there is particularly heavy external contamination or internal soiling (excessive pet hair or staining etc) it may be necessary to spend additional time to ensure your vehicle is left in a condition that meets our high standards and your expectations.
