The Kingfisher
Spacious three-bedroom townhouses sleeping six guests, with river vistas from both lounge and master bedroom. What types of accommodations do you offer?
We provide four types of self-catering townhouses sleeping 2-6 guests, including The Swan, Kingfisher, Heron, and Moorhen properties with river or garden views.
Are pets allowed in your accommodations?
Currently, we don't offer pet-friendly properties. However, our riverside location provides easy access to pet-friendly walking areas along the River Stour.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 3pm, with check-out by 10am. Flexible arrangements may be possible outside peak seasons - please contact us directly.
Do you offer weekend breaks year-round?
Three-night weekend breaks are available November-March. During peak season (July-August), we only accept weekly bookings to accommodate high demand.
How far are you from Christchurch town centre?
Our riverside location is just a 10-minute walk from Christchurch's historic High Street, Priory, and Quay area attractions.
What nearby attractions are accessible from your park?
We're ideally positioned for exploring the Jurassic Coast, New Forest, Bournemouth beaches, and Mudeford Sandbank, with onsite guidance available for local excursions.

Staying in a nice apartment this week. Everything you need inside but is over 3 floors so could be a problem if steps are a problem for you.
