Report
Outstanding service. We approached Cirencester Carpets with a sample of existing carpet that we wished to match. While we waited in store the staff sought out a number of close matches from their stock of samples and as we narrowed down our selection they phoned each manufacturer to ascertain availability and obtain a price. Having arranged a visit for measuring, we left the store with a shortlist of possibilities to make a final choice in the home environment. Measurement was carried out a couple of days later and we placed an order the next day. The carpet was delivered and installed 3 weeks

We were measured up for new carpets in every room in the house towards the end of last year. As weve decorated, the fitters have patiently waited and then come and laid carpet in each completed room. Several months on, the house is now finished, the carpets look great and the fitters did a first class job Its been a really positive experience of using a local company - nothing has been too much trouble, weve had no hassles or hiccups, and have received fantastic customer service. Thank you to all the team for a job very well done

The rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I'm honestly surprised that he even has a business. I would avoid at all costs.

I'm surprised to read the negative reviews on this company. My experience was first class. Great selection of carpets, and able to fast track the installation for me. I think some people are not used to direct straight talking staff and too easily take offence.
